All new students must complete the following steps to apply to Berean Baptist Academy.

Berean Baptist Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Berean Baptist Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

BBA will, as a religious organization, exercise its prerogative to neither commence nor continue employment, admission, enrollment, or other category of BBA representation or participation if it is believed by BBA that so doing will cause confusion about, conflict with, or compromise BBA's mission to disciple students by providing a distinctly Christian education from a Christ-centered worldview. This policy will be applied to all BBA affairs, including all contracts, programs, activities, facilities, publications, and events.

Applying to the Academy

Please fill out our Information Request Form to receive a phone call from a member of our Admissions Team, information about our academy, and to schedule a tour of our academy.  During the tour you will meet with an admissions specialist to discuss your academic needs and goals.  Families who are moving to the Fayetteville Area can request a virtual live tour.  

Due to the limited ability to support students with certain special needs, students who require a 504 Plan and/or an Individual Education Plan (IEP) for academic, behavioral, or physical support are requested to submit all supporting documents to the Admissions office before submitting an application and paying the non-refundable application fee.   

Berean Baptist Academy is a private Christian academy that teaches and adheres to traditional Christian beliefs.  We ask that all parents review our beliefs (found in our "About" section of the website) and review the appropriate student handbook (found in our "Parent Resources").  Inside those handbooks you will find our discipline and dress code expectations.

To begin your student's online application, create an Account. You may then log in to your account and “Create A New Student Application” for your student. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your student's open application. A non-refundable $125 application fee must be submitted for your student's application to be processed.  You will need to submit an application and application fee per student applying.  The link for payment will be available once the application is submitted.

Our team of principals will review your submitted application and all submitted documents uploaded during the submission of the application and any documents received from previous schools.  The team may also contact the pastor listed on the application for a reference.  If your student is being considered for admission, you will be contacted to continue the admissions process.  If your student is no longer being considered for admissions, you will be notified by our Admissions Department.  

After the records review, candidates for admission will be contacted by a member of our Admissions Department to schedule your student's academic readiness assessment with one of our faculty members. All K5 - 12th grade students are required to complete the readiness assessment for their applied grade.  The results will be discussed during the next step of the admissions process.

After completion of the admission assessment, you will be contacted by a member of our Admissions Team to schedule your family interview. All families are required to interview with members of our team of academic principals and faculty; students must attend the interview.

Families will receive an admissions decision within two business days.  

Due to the limited number of open seats, accepted families will have two calendar days from notification to complete the enrollment process before being moved to the wait list.   

Enrollment is not considered complete until the enrollment packet and fee are received.

Enrolling in the Academy

If your student is accepted into the academy, you will be notified within two business days through email by a member of our Admissions Department. You will then need to complete and submit your student's online enrollment packet within 48 hours to reserve your student's seat. Failure to complete the enrollment packet within 48 hours may result in a loss of your slot to another family.  A non-refundable $100 enrollment fee will be required with your tuition payment plan through Square (This fee is separate from the application fee). 

A payment plan will be setup through FACTS. You will receive an email reminder when each payment is due. If you wish to make a payment in full or 2 semester payments, please send an email to to receive a discount and have the changes made to your invoice. 

Families enrolling during an ongoing school year will be notified with a start date once the enrollment packet is verified completely.  Normally, the start date is within one to two days of the submission of the enrollment packet. The notification will include the name of your student's Elementary Teacher or Homeroom Teacher.  Upper School students will receive their locker assignment and schedule the morning of their first day.
